Very nice staff as this was my first visit with my new puppy, I look forward to going back for her first vaccination on this coming Tuesday.

I absolutely love the team here. They are great. They always take care of my sweet pup. And treat her like their own. All the vets and the front desk team are absolutely fabulous and have been since I move to town and rejoined the Banfield family. I am decreasing my rating. While I love the staff here at this Banfield. They severely misdiagnosed my pup. Said she had a grade 4 luxating patella. And severe arthritis. When she really doesn’t. We took her to a surgeon to get surgery. He did X-rays and said she has a very mild luxating patella. And absolutely no arthritis in her knees at all. She did not end up needing surgery despite Banfield saying she did.

Banfield always takes the best care of our babies! The quality of service, ease of scheduling, and knowledge of the staff always blows me away. When choosing a vet for your pets; I cannot recommend Banfield enough. Love from Smackerz, Boots & baby Gibbs!
