We have been bringing our dog, Beau, to Central Animal since he was a puppy. Every member of the team has been nothing short of amazing and caring! Everyone at the front desk, the techs, the folks helping with boarding and the groomer are extremely helpful and compassionate with animals. We have done both long term (10 days) and weekend boarding at Central and Beau loved his time there. Dr. Karnes is very understanding and knowledgable. They were even able to accommodate acute visits in a timely and efficient manner. We love Central Animal!

After my first visit to Central Animal Hospital, I came away extremely impressed. They took wonderful care of my 13-year-old French Bulldog and my 3-year-old Pug, and everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely compassionate. The husband-and-wife team that runs the practice clearly cares deeply about both the animals they treat and the people who bring them in. They took the time to answer my questions, and I never felt rushed. The facilities are clean, modern, and welcoming, and their prices seem very reasonable for the Memphis area. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Central Animal Hospital. I’m grateful to have found them and feel confident trusting them with my dogs’ care.
