To start, the front desk girls and the techs are so accommodating and sweet. I’d give them all 5 stars. However, I will never step foot back into this office. If I could rate zero stars, I would have. We were patients for over 4 years and felt like the care has decreased in that time. Recently, I took my dog twice in one week begging for any tests to diagnose the issues she was having. The one test they claim to have ran supposedly showed no type of infection. Luckily we went with our gut and immediately scheduled somewhere else for a 2nd opinion. If we wouldn’t have, our fur baby probably would have passed. She, in fact, had more than just infection that could have been caught the first time I took her if the doctor would have been thorough and listened to our concerns. Instead it made her situation worse and almost cost her life. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
