I'm currently out of town and wanted to take my pet to get groomed; I do not have her current shot records with me. I called GAH and asked if they could email her shot records and I was told they could not. They could only print them. So I asked can you print, take a picture and text to me? She has to call me back. SMH.....

We love Dr Green and staff. We drive from Cordova to getwell passing several vets because of his expertise. My mom brought our childhood pets here and 20 years later I’m taking my family pup here. This is a Memphis Gem!

Call to make an appointment for my baby to get in to see the doctor explain to him what was going on. He explained to me that he does not have the necessary testing to see what’s going on because he ran out. How do you run out of testing and you are a veterinarian And then further insult he explained to me how much everything cost and I explained to him cost was not an object.

I had a horrible incident happened with my cat over the weekend. I couldn’t get in to see my regular vet so I made a random appointment to a vet that was close to my job and I can say without a doubt I am switching vets. The apt was fast to the point and both the doctor and the woman assisting were sweet and very kind. I was a hot mess, sleep deprived and emotional because my cat was hurt and hurting. Dr green knew exactly what to do and Didn’t act like it was a big deal. I appreciated that he kept it fast and to the point and was clear what I needed to do. Hopefully my cat will be back to himself soon.
